简述中国茶文化 摘要 说到中国文化就不得不说茶。在古代中国，柴米油盐酱醋茶是中国人的必需品，茶对人们来说非常重要。在经济飞速发展的现代，新式茶饮的出现似乎更加符合年轻一代人的需求。新式茶饮是在传统茶饮的基础上进行的创新。 本文采用文献研究法，对中国茶文化进行研究。通过研究发现，饮茶之风起源于汉代，茶文化从唐代开始形成。宋代饮茶盛行，市场文化与茶文化相互影响。茶文化在明清时期得到进一步发展。茶文化在发展的过程中，受到了儒道佛三家的思想影响。林治先生提出的和静怡真基本能够全面概括中国的茶道精神。茶文化影响人们婚嫁习俗祭祀接人待客文学艺术等方方面面。
